张瑞杰-哈尔滨医科大学名师名医网:教授,生物tt线上娱乐开户科学与技术学院统计遗传学教研室主任,硕士研究生导师。东北师大数学系获理学学士,哈医大流行病学与卫生统计学硕士。研究方向为统计遗传学方法与生物tt线上娱乐开户学、系统生物学思想结合的系统遗传学方向方法与应用研究。带领的统计遗传课题组多年来一直从事以自身免疫性疾病为主的复杂疾病病因学研究,并取得了一定的科研成果,在国内外重要学术刊物发表研究论文40篇。自2008年以来以第一作者(或通讯作者)发表文章30篇,SCI文章25EI文章3,主要研究成果发表在《Briefing in Bioinformatics(SCI, 影响因子8.399)Europe Journal of Human Genetics(SCI, 影响因子4.4)、《genes and immunity(SCI,影响因子2.913)、《DATABASE(SCI,影响因子3.372)、《Oncotarget(SCI, 影响因子5.008)、《FEBS Journal(SCI, 影响因子3.79)等学术刊物上。曾主持国家自然科学基金1项(全基因组范围内类风湿性关节炎相关风险因子挖掘及药物靶点识别,批准号为81172842,)黑龙江省自然科学基金3项,黑龙江省教育厅科学研究项目(主持2项)。

多年来讲授课程包括《高等数学》、《模糊数学》、《概率论与数理统计》、《统计遗传学》、《医学tt线上娱乐开户分析方法》、《药物动力学》等;共编写教材6部(其中主编2部,副主编2部),其中包括《概率论与tt线上娱乐开户论基础》(主编)、《医学tt线上娱乐开户分析方法》(副主编)等。
